VODACOM HUSTLERS

It is interesting to note that Vodacom has one number for customer service. Four options :1 - Fibre Sales 2 - Fibre Installation 3 - General Support for fibre Installations 4 - Cancellations. Option 1 gets answered at the first ring. Option 4 never gets answered at all.

After attempting to get hold of them for four days with no success, I drove into a Vodacom store where a consultant put me through. The consultant then tried to persuade me to go for a cheaper contract to avoid cancellation.As I have a tenant in that apartment ,I gave him the contact number to call. Still waiting.........................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
