Vodacom/Huawei Woolworths gift card false advertising

<p> I had decided to leave vodacom as my service provider that is until I saw the Huawei P9 deal which offered a R2000 gift card which I thought would come in very handy over the Christmas period..... It is now January and I still haven't got said mentioned gift card. </p> <p>I provided Huawei customer care with all the requested documents on 7Dec2016 and to this day I have had no response. </p> <p>I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure this constitutes false advertising, I am very displeased (I have many more colorful words to use but lets keep it civil) with Vodacom and Huawei. </p> <p>I have been in touch with ICASA with regards to the procedure for taking this matter further and cancelling my contract due to false advertising. I know it's going to be a long path but I'm willing to take it. </p>
