Vodacom - Huawei P20 Lite

I had such a bad experience with Vodacom today. They sell the Huawei P20 Lite with the specs stating it is Dual Sim. When I tried to use this feature it didn't allow calls for the once sim card. When I called Vodacom to guide me on how to activate it they said i should come in that they can take a look at it. When my friend phoned in they said that they don't sell Dual Sim Crads? How can one agent tell a client to come in to the store and the other agent that the feature is not included with the contract, but they have it on the specs??? They are unaware of what is going on in the business and unable to assist with issues!!!!!!
