Vodacom & Huawei International

So Vodacom East London contacted me dealership Vincent Park Branch, requested i bring in the faulty device i have, very helpful chap Arno assisted me. Took the phone in it's like 4 days later now still nothing can be done, so if Vodacom and Huawei cannot fix the device why can't it be replaced? I have been battling with the device since the beginning of November 2023 and it going for February 2024 now nearly 4 months later, obviously the device is a problem as Huawei and Vodacom cannot fix it either, so i am paying for a device thats a dead duck and they refusing to replace it instead they trying to fix it.

Please note the Phone is problematic and has been in an out of Various Vodacom Stores in East London and was seen by 2 Huwwei Technician's as well,I am under the impression that you want to fix a problem that cannot be fixed over nearly a 4 month period.Being a customer of Vodacom over 25 years you will either consider the following, terminate the contract with no penalties, replace the head set with a new device or give my premiums back which I paid for over 25 years. I will not settle for anything else,I will continue to criticize you as Vodacom because this situation is totally ridiculous and actually very irritating to say the least as I had to buy a new device to conduct my business on my new phone.Like your consultant's told me over the phone rather buy a new device as Vodacom can't do anything about this faulty device!!!! So much for customer satisfaction!!!!!
