VODACOM/ HUAWEI DISTRIBUTOR -UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I think I am having great fails on gadgets this year. So my husband bought me a phone HUAWEI Y6 (2019) online and it was delivered on the 13th of July. One morning, i had left my phone uncharged and when i tried to charge it, it just went blank. Firstly I thought maybe my battery was drained so i left it to charge. Later in the afternoon, i checked it. It was still had a red blinking light and blank screen. That was on the 11th of Aug. We tried searching on the net to see what can we do for it to switch but nothing worked. About a week ago, we decided to take to a voda shop and had it checked but we were told it will take 3-4 days to get the phone back. Today, i called and tried to get info on the phone but we were told that it takes 3-4 weeks. Now here is my frustration, you get a phone on contract and use it approximately a month, book it in and now you have to wait another month to get it back? Now i thought Vodacom is much more dependable than other networks but clearly i was wrong. I am very disappointed and as for the issue of patience, I can't.. This could be a mere supplier glitch but it does affect that standards that Vodacom holds.. Kindly contact me soonest because now my life has to stop over a phone issue. I can't connect to people and i am unable to do transactions online and have to deal with being stuck in queues just to pay my bills. This is unacceptable..
