Vodacom How stupid can people be???

i report a problem with poor signal resulting in inability to receive calls on Hellopeter Vodacom replies that a service agent will call me ??? how when i cannot receive calls how stupid can this company be. They tried four times to phone me resulting in missed calls no phone ever rang then cancell the previous complaint ticket EC -1U4T- 28l243
