VODACOM - How is this ACCEPTABLE!!!

I have been struggling with this phone for over a year. The screen keeps lifting on the same place. I have had it in for repairs 4 times already. This is the fifth time now. There is obviously something wrong with the frame. Everything has been replaced. from the battery that was swelling, the motherboard, the screen and it keeps happening. Now my warrenty is over and I sit with a phone that has a problem that has pretty much been a problem since I upgraded to it.

This cannot be okay. I have asked on a number of occasions for a new device and I have been denied each time. Had the device repaired and got positive feedback that it wont happen again. When I speak to Vodacom I am told that I need to take it in and I will be told how much it costs to repair but I honestly dont think this is fair as it has been a long standing issue!

Also we checked the cancellation dates on our contracts and ALL of them are now only expiring in 2027! When I asked for the start dates of the contracts NO ONE can tell me. apparently Vodacom doesnt have this information??? How is this possible?? The smaller contracts should be expiring but they have been pushed to 2027??

This is unacceptable... and no help is offered. The smaller contracts were opened almost 2 years ago.... they were never taken as 3 year contracts let alone 4 YEARS!!! Even my watch contract which was only supposed to be a year...

What is going on with Vodacom!?!?!?!?!
