Vodacom how is the way you do business accepted?

I have never written on here because I believe with good communication all can be solved. But when you are not heard what does one do? To put in short I went to Vodacom Canal Walk because I want to buy a new phone, I have been on prepaid for a while after paying off my contract. Well, the sales consultant barely gave eye contact, was playing on his phone while assisting me, put Mac down and advised I am being unwise to continue using Mac. He said she switched the ownership to my name - to find out two weeks later that it wasn't done. He then said he will call me back when everything has been approved - 2 weeks later and I still have not heard from him. I eventually went to the Mac store which was a pleasure, only to be told they never moved my account onto "settled" after settling months, if not a year, ago. I had to phone over 10 times to get hold of someone because they can't assist with this in the store, only to be told no, again... because it is still not under my name. Ai. What does one do just to get a new phone? Vodacom, yes you are the biggest network, but that is no reason to have the worst service and zero care for people. You have an opportunity to be amazing and really turn peoples days around, you have an opportunity to be the best of the best and unfortunately its wasted because care and service is not the culture here. How many times must I go into the store or be on the phone to have no progress in this situation? When this wasn't my issue to face anyways - it is yours.
