Vodacom how do you get this sum???

I app**** for an contract online where they advertise 2 Lenovo M8 Tablets for R179 per month for 36 months. I got approved that same day, but the next morning I got an email saying my application got approved with conditions, I phoned online sales as advised by the email and they told me I only app**** for one tablet and not the deal which I cannot understand as I clicked on the deal when I app****. Secondly They tell me I do not qualify for the R179 deal as my credit score is low but I do qualify for a Samsung phone deal of R199 per month...how do one understand that?? Then my husband who already have two contracts with Vodacom app**** for the deal and he got the same feedback from Vodacom he qualify for the phone of R199 and not the contract of R179 per month cause his credit score is low. Firstly he has 2 contracts with Vodacom for over 4 years, we have a car which is bought through a bank and all our stuff is paid up to date...How do you get this sum to make sense Vodacom?????Best of all the online sales consultant wants to argue with me about the deal but still it is available online. Doing business with Vodacom really gives me a bad taste in my mouth.
