Vodacom How do we take your power/Connectivity

Maybe vodacom slogan should be replaced by how can we take your power. over the years I thought that this unfair treatment to me by vodacom will end at some point. Now I realize that the useless people at vodacom will stop at nothing to make my life hell. I gave them a phone to repair more than a month ago. there was really minor problems with the device, it just had an issue with the microphone and to my surprise they said they need to replace the of which i did not have issues with them replacing my device. but so far when i get to the vodacom store in village mall the useless person there tells me that i must wait for the device to be shipped. I am sick and tired about vodacoms nonsense please return my mobile device as it was at pay me back all my premiums i dont want to deal with you anymore.
