VODACOM HOUNDING ME FROM FAULTY CALL CENTRE

Im being hounded by some 'Credit Solutions' company about a Vodacom debt.

The auto recording is of such poor quality that I cant make out the name of the company - could be 'NTU Credit Solutions'?

The BIGGEST gripe is that there there telephone system is faulty. I have received more than 10 calls from these people and every call drops before the agent has been able to advise what the debt is about. I have called back 3 times and after waiting in the queue for 3-4 minutes the call drops. Not wasting any more airtime trying to contact them.

Next Gripe - according to me the contract was terminated in a call in Feb 2025 and long after the expiry of the contract. Had to pay an extra month due to notice period. In May I returned the debit order as I understood that the contract was terminated so I did not expect any charges. After this I started receiving threatening SMS's about a debt and then followed by these phone calls.

The Reference Number from these Credit Solution People is: ***.

If someone would like to phone me from a functional call centre and am waiting to engage to hear what this is about.

For the record the returned debit order was in the region of R80.00 so hopefully Vodacom still has enough money to cover the salary bill come month end.

Next Gripe - If you call me, dont expect me to VERIFY myself. You calling I will listen but I will not give you my personal information. If I call you then it's a different matter.

Unfortunately your consultant was unable to assist and the calls from the FAULTY call centre continue unabated.

What I dont understand is Vodacom advise there is a debt of R81.65 for a different number, but they refuse to provide details of the contract or proof that the contract was legally taken up. This is CRAZY - Vodacom are saying that money is owed, but we can't tell you why.

Dear Vodacom, please share proof of this '2nd' contract, either by voice recording or documentation so this can be sorted out and while you are at it please share the voice recording of the call I made to your cancellations department in February 2025 when the contract was cancelled.

As I advised to your consultant I am trying to get this resolved, you Vodacom are preventing resolution and wasting my time doing so.
