Vodacom Hotshots Sales

I am disappointed in how hotshots sales shows us a catalogue of how much they pay out for certain contract packages, only for them to pay us amounts of money that don't make sense. How are we expected to be motivated to work hard and get clients to take higher packages when we get ****** by the system? Please help me find a resolution, either they pay accurately or they don't pay at all.
