Vodacom horror online upgrade

Don't ever upgrade online Vodacom uses elite mobile for this. Confimed my desired device 3 times and get sent the wrong phone and a bill I can't afford anymore. The device is out of my budget! Elite mobile is useless with resolving issues and when you ask Vodacom for help they are not willing to assist. If you subcontract work you must take action if they are ***********. Not even bothering the review them since out of 4000 plus complaints not a single reply from elite mobile. This is my first upgrade with Vodacom and I must say is a horrific experience even telkom is much better!
