Vodacom horror

i never seen a company so desperate as vodacom July last i received an email that that i have apply for a new contract what i never did, where i have to call them and cancel and to cancel it a mission where the will make you suffer that you can give up, this year again they want me to start my year again on the horror again i have received the same email state that i have apply for a new contract where i have to call using my money since i can't call for free because i'm not a vodacom customer i have not spoken to a consultant but the was a contract for me with my id number stop ***** please, what you doing to me and others stop it we want to enjoy our mone

but what you advising me to do it very difficult for me that i have go the police station it money since i do not stay at police station and why should i have to run around for something that i didn't not ask for why can't you listen to the voice record and come up with solution instead of my make me run around
