Vodacom horrible service

I have had the worst expressions with vodacom , I have been a client for years I have now put in a cancellation notice due to the horrible service I have recived over the past week ... vodacom greenston , no one there is helpful along with their so called store manger !!! Iv been applying for a contract for my business , the documents they request I sent for the lady to not call me but wait for me to call her 2 days later to find out that she did not request all the documents they actually needed Theodore I had to start the process all over again !!! Every day for the last week I have had to call in and find out the status as the consultant has failed to do so ! I’m so disgusting with the easy they have treated me as a customer ! Poor poor service
