Vodacom Horrible Service

Hi Hello Peter,

Vodacom has not assisted or gotten back to me regarding my query, they handed me over to lawyers and blacklisted me even though I made payment. I called and sent a paid up letter from March but they did not reapond, instead someone called and said they would advise but again they didn't. They just sent a ticket number to say my case is closed

Today I called and spoke to Lusanda who told me I will be cleared between 3 to 6mnths, now I sent a paid up letter in Mar and we now in Jul I then ask to speak to the team leader and he refuses telling me he will say the same thing. He also said it doesn't matter if I report him to Hellopeter. The most disgusting part is they have given the number to someone else

The service at vodacom is horrible and unprofessional, they do not know how to treat their customers and *********** too
