Vodacom horrible service

I purchased a Food voucher from the vodapay app, only to find out that it's an in-store only use voucher(that information appears after purchase). Since I could not use the voucher to buy online because of distance, I requested a refund from vodapay, the consultants sent me on a wild goose chase saying I should contact the food company. The food company me sent back to vodacom, writing a formal email(Thanks Roman's pizza). Then the consultants contacted me to insult me and tell me that I am inconveniencing them. I have yet to get my refund and my ticket was closed when I call to find out more information, without even solving or communicating with me. Do not buy food vouchers from vodapay, you will regret it if you need a refund or have an issue.
