Vodacom ~ Horrible in store service

<p>Upgrading to a new phone is suppose to be a exciting experience , but not with Vodacom. They contact you m..offer an upgrade deliver the phone and then the rest is just an unpleasant experience . So I receive my phone, try and make use of the call center in order to activate my new sim card, after spending the whole evening in the phone , no one is available to assist (my husband sorting it out as he is the account holder and understanding the proses and rules). Today 23/05/2017 I took a chance going into a Vodacom shop , Springs Mall, seeking some sort of assistance in sorting out my sim card as it's already my second day not being able to use my new S8. My problem is not that it's an issue sorting it out without my husband , the account holder, but the frustration I experienced with consultants sitting on their bum and not approaching the customer to offer any help. The way the female consultant looked me out of my boots,while I was standing and waiting to be helped, and she was finishing her personal conversation with a friend. And then my biggest problem is that no option was given to me to sort out my problem ,Just a simple pulling up their shoulders and leaving me still with no option as if it's an impossible task to support a Vodacom client since 2001. I was left wonder what those consultants are doing on a daily basis if they can not help...or rather are not willing to help. Super annoyed with Vodacom at the moment and I am left wonder if other Networks will offer better customer services . .. as I felt I was not important enough today! </p>
