Vodacom horrible customer service

I have been struggling with vodacom reception in my residential area for the past year. Vodacom has received my initial request, confirmed it is a problem with one of their towers and then radio silence, t has been swept under the carpet, hidden behind hopeless call centre agents and team leads. Will someone from Vodacom pls contact me with an updated status and resolution. This cannot continue.
