Vodacom horrible call centre agents and systems.

Good day. Last year 30/08/2018 I did a transfer of ownership at a Vodacom store. Two months passed that I noticed no debit order was going of. The first month they told me its because of the change of ownership that the debit order will only go of the next month. So as the next month no debit went of again I started logging calls with vodacom customer care to find out what is happening. They soon discovered that there was no banking details on my account that was created even though all details were givin on the forms and transfer fees were paid. After loading the new banking details still no debit order went of. When the vodacom call agents look in my account details, there is no status saying my account is in arrear or current. After logging many calls with the call centre and them escalating the calls, I receive a sms saying call has been resolved after two weeks nothing changed. It is now six months later going back and forth between the call centre and the shop and still my prob is not resolved. The previous owner is still being debited for my account even after the the banking details were changed. Every time I lock a call I receive a sms two weeks later stating call has been resolved yet nothing changes, even asked for managers and team leaders that took and escalated the calls still no results.

On 29/01/2019 I locked a call with the Vodacom back offices with the problem that I don't receive invoice or get debited on my account after the change of ownership. On 11/02/2019 I phoned 082135 to find out how far along they are. The person I spoke to said to me that the person that handled that call had put a resolution saying " We phoned the client and explained to him that he is not being debited because he doesn't receive invoices. " Hence the fact that no one phoned me
