Vodacom has been deducting R10 from my account everyday for a "subscription " that I've never signed up for to Hooked??? I phoned customer care to enquire as to why my airtime has disappeared? I was then told that I have a subscription for Hooked???? I asked the consultant how on earth did this subscription start and please to take it off.whe.i asked her if I would be refunded for a subscription that I didn't start I was told that I won't because I must have subscribed?? No proof could be given to me and now I must bare the R150 cost????? I want to be refunded or atleast given proof that I "subscribed" to something I've never heard of.
