Vodacom, honour your word, or fire the individual who made the promise. Recording are available.
My review of 19 Nov. Refers. Since then more phone calls and emails. Fortunately, I now have recorded the conversations. If I am wrong I will admit it. All I am asking is that Vodacom does what we agreed on in the voice recordings. It is that simple.
