Vodacom / Homemark vouchers ****

I wonder if it was a **** of what? I bought a Huewai Y6 and a Mercer laptop and I was told that I will be given a shopping voucher worth R1000. Almost 3 months now I am still waiting for that voucher. I called *** and I was referred to a third party called Homemark. Homemark refered me back to Vodacom because they do not issue vouchers, they only redeem them.

What do I need to do to hold Vodacom and homemark against their promise.
