Vodacom Home WiFi Router - Alcate Issue

Took a contract with Vodacom for Home WiFi with Alcatel Router and gave problems. I called Vodacom and they advised that I send it to the Nearest Vodacom I sent it to Vodacom Century City as they are the fastest to send these away. This device has been sent twice already and they have been sending a different Router which is refurbished but still not working. Now I need this device like yesterday and I feel stuck because it is the third time its being sent away and my work is so demanding. I really need help in this regard either I get a new device or a credit so I can at least buy another device.
