Vodacom Home internet to Fibre POOR SERVICES

Vodacom. Poor service. Home internet connectivity do not cover range in Ext 2 Eldorado Park, Change to Vodacom Fibre and Vodacom consultant to cancel Home internet contract. Consultant **** and still battle to get the home internet cancelled since Jun-Aug26. Vodacom do not have a complaints dept to complain in spite of a Vodacom manager experiencing the same struggle within Vodacom to get home internet contract cancelled .Do not believe what the Vodacom consultant says upfront to change from Home internet to Fibre. Quick to collect payment but no services provided and the problem not resolved!!!! From Jun-Aug26. NOTHING CHANGED but all accounts suspended!!!!!
