Vodacom holding me ransom

I have been trying to leave Vodacom and PORT to Telkom and have not been able to do so for two weeks now. Every time I try a get an error 'PortInBySMS service temporarily suspended. Please use alternative channels.' there aren't any other alternative channels anywhere and the same not advertised on their website or any brochure, not I'm held ransom and not able to leave.
