Vodacom holding me captive.

After numerous complains, Vodacom still refuses to take responsibility for a network issue, instead trying to shove the problem onto Apple, who have confirmed to many users that this is not a problem on their side, which makes logical sense to anyone who does not work at Vodacon.

Now I am stuck without a properly working phone because naturally they cannot fix an issue they refuse to admit exists and on top of that they are refusing to let me port out.

How can it be legal to force someone to use your broken services which you refuse to fix.

Amazing, 4 separate people at Apple told me the exact opposite, this includes their advanced technical support team. They have been saying the same to ever other complainant who has joined the forum complaining about you guys.

And given how you guys have spent the last month denying the issue even exists, when you know exists, what reason do any of us have to believe you?

Just let me port out if you refuse to fix your ****. I am done with your lies.

I am still waiting for you to confirm I can port out, I have no interest in staying with a company who’s service is this disgraceful.
