Vodacom holding internet in flat hostage through incompetenece

Good day,

I am the owner of a flat which I rent out. My previous tenant had fibre installed with you and he relocated the line on 1 July. Your useless garbage company has still not released the ONT! It has caused my new tenant untold grief and cost! When you tried to release you also put through the release date to be July 2020 and still have not fixed it! How can one company be so ****ing useless!
