VODACOM - HOLDING A PERSON HOSTAGE!

Vodacom holding a person hostage! Been without internet connection now for 9 days. Numerous SR's and job card closed as they reckon my fibre is working. Have had to make another plan which is costing me more money now to be able to work from home. Spoken to several customer service people and no one come backs to you. Today I get told that the router needs to be reconfigured from Vumatel to Frogfoot. This was done in 2020 when I moved into my new place. When you want to cancel, you get told can only happen end of April and then your line gets released in May for a new IPS to do an installation. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. ABSOLUTELY USELESS JUST LIKE ESKOM!
