Vodacom hits a new low

So, I take in my wifes phone for a screen repair... everything was working fine, except for the screen. I get it back..BROKEN. Screen going on and off, going green or red, sim not picking up... broken. I take it back Vodacom to have it fixed. Aftter a week of waiting, and after being assured that it was fixed and checked, I get the phone back..STILL BROKEN! When I complained on facebook about it for the 50th time... they just simply blocked me from leaving comments on facebook. So instead of fixing their mess, they just silence me. No help whatsoever. An absolute F-YOU attitude... They wont assist... they dont care... So now im going everywhere else. Please everyone stay away from facebook... they are incapable of customer care.
