Vodacom Highveld Mall

I took my phone to install a new battery at Vodacom Highveld Mall. The battery had swelled pushing out the cover at the back but it was still opening. They checked if the phone had any other deficits, they even took out my screen protector and I paid for the new battery. They called after 4 days saying my phone is done but it has ink on the screen and I must pay them to fix it. I asked how because when I left it, it had no ink on the screen and it was working fine. The only problem it had was the battery. The manager said he will escalate the matter it’s been 3 days without any feedback from them. I just want my phone in the same condition as I left it at Vodacom. Repairing with Vodacom is at your own risk, I don’t have a phone as we speak.
