VODACOM HERM**** WHALE COAST, MANAGER DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS A WIDOW AND PENSIONER?

I get a new contract with Voadom 3rd December 2022. Samsung Galaxy S33, I came home switched off the phone and charged until full, 9.00 the next morning my daughter called me and talking to her after 25 minutes this phone was actually boiling hot in my hand. I went in immediately and demanded a new phone the Manager Vicky said no it has to go for repairs? It camebsck,,, finding no fault at all,. The same happened I got my new repaired phone and it actually burning my hand after talking for 20 minutes? The manager """promised "" me a new phone,,,,so after not hearing any from them i went in today the 12 th January, his first remarks was who are you.. I said I've come to fetch my phone, 2x repaired NEW CONTRACT PHONE. HE SAID oh its been here for weeks already,,!?. The one person who handles all these problems rep**** no its not here but still waiting for new parts?? A brand new phone neds new parts? I told him blankly in front of his staff that I refuse a 2nd or 3rd time ,!new contract repaired phone he said he dcars i can report him to anybody I want and that can do whatever I like he will not supply me with a new phone? And he doesn't care what I do?. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS PLESE I DID ALSO WRITD TO VODACOM HEAD OFFICE BUT NO RESPONSE YET?
