Vodacom helps ********** to deduct daily fees.

A year ago I found a game app deducting 4.95 per day from my account. I went to vodacom and showed them that my contract clearly states that these services should not be allowed on my phone. They gave me a number to dial to ensure I am not to be subscribed to these ****s. I also continiously have to sms Stop Now to another SMS. As true as God, last month some WWE Kings are deducting 6.05 per day on my account. Why does Vodacom participate in these *****elant ****s? Try to complain, and the website tell you to phone 028111, which is a BS computer that dont assist at all!!! I have been with Vodacom since forever, yet this BS makes me think twice and this is why I dont want to upgrade!

another problem with Vodacom is they dont have any e mail to complain at.
You have to speak to a computer on phone, which does not have a number to choose for the above problems.

I went to Vodacom Clearwater mall and was helped by a guy, Regard.
He fixed everything, and promised my money will be credited on my account. Therefore, the Vodacom employees are great...
however...

I did some research and learned that it was nothing I did, but something was added on Vodacom live, and these hackers, software companies selling games, and whoever can just deduct a daily charge for their *******.
Vodacom allows these companies to do this and they make millions out of their subscribers. This is something that the board of directors and COO did to make more money.
I would expect these money hungry wolfs to at least protect their customers from such practices, but no, they dont give a dam for the population of South Africa.

I can just imagine how many Vodacom business accounts etc are paying these daily subscriptions without anyone noticing. Just think if you have a contract for your business phone, and you never check these deductions because you have lists and lists of calls. Thousands of people and businesses will pay for this **** not knowing they do.

I would have been more lenient in my attitude, but being almost ****** twice already is evidence that Vodacom's top management are working with these blood sucking ****, and they take money for it.
Shame on you all up there!
