Vodacom helping WASPS to ***** money

Vodacom allowed a WASP to bill on my router account. The Sim card has always been in the router so it is impossible that I could have signed up for any WASP dervice. From May 2017 till June they took R627.11 and the amount will be over R1000 after July. I don't even know what the service is.!!!

I have never signed up for any WASP service in my life; like many people out there every now and again a charge pops up and one has to go through hell to get your money back.

This is nothing short of ***** and I am going to open a case at the Police and ICASA.

Watch out, you have no protection at all.

I have not received any feedback from Vodacom. I phoned the call centre and was informed that WASP charges cannot be blocked. I have escalated this to Senior Management in the bank I work for and will get feedback from them. They manage the corporate relationship with Vodacom relating to the thousands of Vodacom simcards my Bank uses for work purposes.
