VODACOM - HELP US IN KNYSNA

We have been experiencing shocking service/reception from Vodacom for the past 2 weeks. Calls are being dropped without any reason, calls are being diverted to voice mail without the user being busy, the phone rings twice and then cuts off the call, you phone a Vodacom subscriber then they cant hear you on the other side or visa verse. The 3G/4G service only works when it wants to. Last week Vodacom was off for the whole afternoon! No signal, nada. Really?? I do not expect this from Vodacom - maybe Eskom. Please sort this out - one cant do business like this. Thanks!
