Vodacom help ******** steel money

Vodacom is helping ******** to steel money and airtime. I bought R300 airtime and did one 5 minute call then cot message that there is no airtime left. I phoned Vodacom call centre and they said it was subscriptions to some video games, antivirus service and some more. I never visited any of the sites they claimed to be the places where the subscriptions is. I use the free Avast antivirus and don’t pay any subscription on that. I also don’t play games or use any of the other subscriptions they claim it to be. I never gave anybody or service permission to take my airtime and data and I definitely did not give permission to Vodacom to give any of my money, airtime or data to a third party. I contacted other people in Vodacom but do not get any help from them. Al they do is to say the same as the call centre which is to refuse to take any responsibility and say it is my own problem. I trusted Vodacom with my money but they just give it to any third party who wants to claim anything. I paid Vodacom for airtime and now I have nothing. Vodacom is responsible to refund me my airtime and data which is ****** from my account with them. I also asked that they put a block on my account so no further so-called subscriptions go through but they refuse to do it. All I can say is that they make money through the ******** steeling our money and they promote this theft, they are part of the ********. I have the names of each person I dealt with and will publish it if I don’t get a full refund of the airtime and data they gave to third parties without my permission.
