Vodacom help line no use!

Vodacom no help from call center! On 12 oktober 2021 i bought 1 gig for 7days for R89 on the app and pay with master pass on vodapay. Thy took my money from my account and never give me data. I called the call center and talked to given and he told me he call me back after 1 hour and no call. I called them again at night and the lady say se will lock the complaint and wil call me back and no call. The next day i call them again its know the 14 oktober and talk to a guy and say i have to go to a voda shop for them to help me.

Today i went to vodacom phalaborwa and the lady help me and sent vodacom help line a email. Thanks Vodacom phalaborwa for the help.

Now i try to buy data on the app again and the special is for 163 points and R110 for 5 gig for 7 days and thy just took my points and no data again Wat going on vodacom??
