Vodacom Heidelberg is the worst ever
Worst service ever from Vodacom Heidelberg Mall. A simple SIM swap was impossible due to rude consultant who didn't want to assist from the get go. Vodacom please train your staff on customer service and basic etiquette on answering people with respect.
