VODACOM HEIDELBERG *****ING FROM THERE CUSTOMERS

Tree weeks ago i went to Vodam shop in Heidelberg Mall. I saw that they had adverized the Huawei GT5 watch and I went to enquire about it. The sales lady then said that the watch in the region of R300 rand a month. I told her that I want it and we proceed. The contract was never discussed nor did she explained anything to me. A coule of day later I received a message that my cellphone contract has been extended to 2027. I called the so called Manager Tshepiso and she said she will personally get back to me. I never received a call and call the again and ask to speak to her. A lady by the name P****di answer the phone as she was Tshepiso, and said they did call me. I told het that i will bring my phone to show me were they have called. Then they acknowledge that they did not call and will take it up with Ebrahim Adia. They then said that I was at fault. Blatantly a BIG LIE. This person only listen to the ladys story and now I am sitting with a contract for two years. Dont use the shop as they lie to people and steel from the public with there MOUTHS. Shocking that these people gets employed !!!!! WILL ESCALADE TO HQ
