Vodacom headaches!

I just dont have the time & patience to deal with Vodacom! They seem to react to your reviews! This is my current saga: In September 2024 I received a call from a Vodacom call agent telling me that my 2-year contract had ended & that I was eligible for a new handset on renewing for another 2 years. I opted for renewal but instead of a free handset I would receive a reduced monthly premium, I agreed to this. I also cancelled the handset insurance because the handset is now fully paid for & besides I have my own insurance. She confirmed that all this was to noted & agreed to. Then she said I should accept a free entry level handset with no conditions attached even though I had no need for this nevertheless I accepted & the conversation was all recorded. Now I being billed for the new unwanted handset & insurance charges still on my account. I have sent many emails & called many times only to be passed from person to person with no resolution in sight. I even have a reference number EC-1U26-1TIBQW. Please publish & I am sure they will respond.
