Vodacom Head Office Repair Center Damageging Phone with repair and sending it back damagde outsice , screen,back cover,CRacked camera

I hander in my Huawei P50 Pocket for repair Vodacom head office repair center could not find all spares.

They damaged the phone's back cover, and the screen and cracked the camera, and sent it back to me as a customer to take the phone back to my service provider to repair, my service provider, told me I will be charged and responsible for the cost.

How pathetic can you get? Head office REpairs Vodacom, And I will not pay for that repair i will go to the ombudsman even will send things to carte blanch. How u made me an over to replae a Huawei P50 pocker with a Samzung z3 flip R10 000 less value or Samzung S22+ R6000 less value because u had an excuse that you could not find parts, that is a shame.
