Vodacom having defective batches and still wanting to repair and play for time while warranty period runs out.

So Vodacom is simply not responding to complaints on this platform anymore. Referring to my previous post regarding my 5 month old phone having a factory defect. Phone went in for repairs on 4 Feb 2025. I received updates from their portal up to the 14th of Feb, then nothing anymore. I have to phone *** constantly for updates. Whats the update? That they are WAITING on parts due to a backlog for these parts. This just indicates even more that there is an evident problem with these model phones. SO THE PHONE BEING UNDER WARRANTY SIMPLY MEANS THAT THEY WILL TRY AND FIX THE DEFECTS, even when its quite clear that the phone or batch has defects. Playing for time untill warranty expires? i think so. Why not recall the batch and do the right thing.
