Vodacom have yet to contact me about a phone contract I have tried to cancel for 6 months

Still waiting for Vodacom to get in contact with me regarding a cell phone contract that I have been trying to cancel for the last 6 months. My previous review had a reply from Vodacom saying that they will be in contact but to my surprise I haven't GOT MY ISSUE RESOLVED and no contact was made from Vodacom. Terrible service. Definitely wouldn't recommend using Vodacom
