Vodacom have no idea what is happening at Vodacom

I have done an early upgrade with vodacom with the promise that it will secure me a device that is out of stock, but with the promise that stock will come in on the 20th of November 2020. Now, after numerous calls and promises, they suddenly tell me the device will not be available anymore. multiple consultants guaranteed me the device is coming in.
