Vodacom have deleted my number
I am so livid. First Vodacom tried to **** me. I wrote a review here on Hello Peter. They then contacted me and agreed to cancel my contract. They have cancelled my contract but have taken my phone number as well. I went onto the store to enquire and I dont exist. They have wiped me off their data base completely so I no longer have access to my phone number. I need help urgently. I can be contacted on ***

Vodacom has just put through a direct debit on my account. I can't understand how they did this as, when I went in-store, I had been wiped clean from the data base, which is why they could not assist me with my number.
Please could you reverse the direct Debit and remove me entirely from Vodacom. You have been brilliant at assisting me thus far and I am confident that you will resolve this billing issue too.
