Vodacom have agents that lie to their customers!

I am so ****ed off with Vodacom, I have being told and promised that I will be able to get a new phone today (due to it being black Friday) due to specials. It is so wrong I have called in and a lady by the name of phumi from your call center told me that the lady I spoken too have **** to me. This is really disappointing vodacom. Imagine you have people that lie in your business not a honest business I must say I was even being promised that it with have being a phone of my choice and I was promised a call back. I direct this email to the owners and share holders of this business. It really sad.
