Vodacom hates Apple

I made the grave mistake of porting in to Vodacom, apparently you guys are grossly *********** and downright lazy.

There is an issue on your network with activating Apple services, namely iMessage and FaceTime, the network is blocking the verification message from being sent, and then like the apparent ****s that you are, also bill me for it. I have lost over R30 in airtime in 1 day because of Vodacoms refusal to accept responsibility for the issue.

I have dealt with your 135 support department as well as @Vodacoma and @Vodacom111 and twitter and they all insist on passing the buck, trying everything they can to blame apple for an issue that could not conceivable be their fault, especially when you consider that the problem only happens to Vodacon customers.

There are complaints about this dating back to January already, yet even after providing that to your support teams they continue to insist that it is not a network issue, https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/failed-to-send-to-the-***-refund-please-***, https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/imessage-activation-issue.***/.

If you would like me to continue supporting Vodacom and not regret the decision I made, I would suggest you sort this out properly and instruct your support staff that passing the buck is NOT SOP.

There are 28 days left before I can port out again.

By assist, do you mean blame Apple for a Vodacom Issue?
