Vodacom has worst customer interaction than any other company

Do not ever use Vodacom. There is no way of getting hold of them. I had a phonecall from someone and now one of my contracts are upgraded. I want to cancel all my contracts with them. There is no human personal interaction. Only a ****** computer and a phone line that does not work, or that is forever busy due to "high call volumes". I am sick of this.
