Vodacom has the WORST service.
Vodacom has the worst customer service. I've been paying for a phone for a year and 7 months and I don't have the phone. I did a upgrade had the phone for 7 days then it froze and the screen went blank, I took the phone back for repairs since then every time I tried to find out where the phone is and when I will receive it, no one knows anything and promise to find out and let me know, but it never happens. I am now eligible for a early upgrade, so I asked for a refund since I don't have the phone I've been paying for. And then a miracle happened all of a sudden they call me to collect my phone, I told them that I can upgrade, I don't want that phone I want my money back. Customer service told me they cant do anything for me I must just collect the phone and the manager of the store that promised to phone me back and help me is giving me the run around.

The cluster specialist (who did a full investigation) gave me a call explaining that I have been contacted several times to collect my phone. After telling her several times that I did not receive any calls or messages she still didn't believe me.
I then asked on what number did they contact me?
Apparently the contact number on the job card was wrong and it isn't even close to my number, so where did they get this number?
Now, a year and 8 months later the new excuse is that the constant that booked the phone for repairs is going to be asked if a tipo was made or did the customer provide the wrong number.
This is unacceptable, vodacom slipped up and instead of fixing the problem they are just coming up with new excuses. Maybe a full investigation must be conducted on how they do a full investigation.
