Vodacom has the worst service ever!

I am still waiting on Vodacom to resolve my issue. I will not pay for a subscription I did not ask for and never used. They took 2 months to assist me with canceling a contract and when they finally canceled my contract, they added a subscription. Vodacom knows nothing about TCF. Dealing with you has been frustrating I will never recommend you. Your service fas been the worst. I have been trying to resolve this since Dec 2022
